Mr. Selemani Haji

Accountant

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania.

He holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investment (MSc. FI) from the Institute of Accountants Arusha (IAA) in Arusha, as well as a Bachelor of Accountancy in Business Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University in Morogoro, Tanzania.

Currently, he is a registered student pursuing a Professional Diploma in Internal Auditing (PDIA1) with the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA), Tanzania.

Since December 21, 2015, he has been serving as an Accountant at the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF).

He is a detail-oriented Accountant recognized for his productivity and efficient task execution. He possesses specialized skills in account management and reporting, financial analysis, corporate finance, investment decision-making, banking operations, and regulatory compliance, all of which contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

He excels in time management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication, which facilitates effective collaboration with teams across various departments to achieve tight deadlines as well as strategic and financial goals.

He has prior audit experience at two different firms, namely TAB Consult and RSM Eastern Africa (Tanzania-based), where he worked as an Assistant Auditor and Audit Associate, respectively, during different periods. In these roles, he conducted various external audit engagements for a range of organizations, including but not limited to governmental and non-governmental organizations, financial institutions, and mining and construction companies.
