Maxmillian Pius Yanda is a dynamic research professional and project manager with extensive experience in the economic and social research domain. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Maxmillian plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating multiple research projects. His responsibilities span the entire research lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, encompassing data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
