Maxmillian Pius Yanda is a dynamic research professional and project manager with extensive experience in the economic and social research domain. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Maxmillian plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating multiple research projects. His responsibilities span the entire research lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, encompassing data collection, analysis, and report preparation. Maxmillian’s proficiency extends to a wide range of research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
