Richard Gordon Ngilangwa is a Research Fellow at the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF), where he contributes to research, policy analysis, and knowledge management. With over a decade of experience at ESRF, he has been involved in studies covering education, youth transitions, governance, economic development, gender equity, and innovations in service delivery. He also works in the Publications Unit, serving as an editor and author for research outputs. In this role, he works at the interface of evidence generation and policy dialogue, ensuring that findings are accessible to decision-makers, development partners, and the wider public. Richard has co-authored numerous research papers, policy briefs, and book chapters, with contributions featured in international publications on health systems, education, and inclusive development. He has also served as a co-investigator on a wide range of research projects at both national and international levels. Richard holds an MBA from the University of Lincoln (UK) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Punjab Technical University (India), is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management.
